3. Contact form (WPForms)

4. Communication via WhatsApp

For quick and easy reporting of damages, we offer communication via the WhatsApp messaging service. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

If you send us a damage report or other inquiries via WhatsApp, we will store and process your mobile phone number and the content you transmit (texts, photos, documents) in order to process your request.

Legal basis & notice: The use of WhatsApp is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or for the processing of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Please note that WhatsApp has access to communication metadata and that data may be transferred to servers in the USA. We recommend that you do not send highly sensitive data (e.g., health data) via this channel unless this is expressly necessary for damage assessment.

5. What rights do you have?

You have the right at any time:

  • to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data.
  • to request the correction or deletion of this data.
  • to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • to object to the processing.
